Through reimagined denim, Levi’s® celebrates the creativity of Mexican fashion and the power of self-expression.
Thirteen Mexican designers reinterpreted Levi’s® iconic denim to honor authenticity and creative diversity, positioning denim as a versatile canvas for artistic expression.
Levi’s®, a brand that has always been at the heart of culture, presents Denim Reimagined, a project that celebrates innovation and the vision of Mexican fashion. Thirteen creators reinvent denim through proposals that reflect the country’s cultural richness, transforming repurposed pieces into unique looks using upcycling techniques.
Since its origins, Levi’s® has been a symbol of self-expression. Today, this collaboration reaffirms that spirit through the vision of talents such as Alejandra de Coss, Montserrat Messeguer, Alexia Ulibarri, NoName, Boyfriend’s Shirt, Nugget, Caballería, Olmos y Flores, Eliana Studio, Ricardo Beristain, Estudio 1999, Zurce, and Iván Ávalos. Each brings their own visual language to show how denim can be endlessly reinvented.
Mexican fashion thus becomes a natural ally for Levi’s®, sharing the values that have defined the brand for more than 150 years: authenticity, creativity, and a deep respect for individuality. Denim Reimagined not only showcases garments but also builds a cultural dialogue around identity and freedom of expression.
Denim lovers can bring this experience to their own pieces at Levi’s® Tailor Shops (Madero, Artz, Antara, and Satélite) and at iconic stores such as Perisur, Santa Fe, Delta, Buenavista, Angelópolis, and Galerías Guadalajara, where each garment can be transformed into an authentic reflection of personal identity.
Some of the creations will be on display at the Levi’s® Madero store, bringing the public closer to the spirit of Denim Reimagined and celebrating the diversity of identities that shape Mexican fashion.
