At Trendsétera, we understand how important it is for you to know how we handle your personal data. That’s why we are committed to protecting it. Privacy and the proper use of your personal information are of fundamental importance to us.

To inform you about how we process your personal data, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we present this comprehensive privacy notice.

1. Who is responsible for your personal data?
Trendsetera de México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Trendsétera”), with address at Horacio 124-1001, Colonia Polanco Chapultepec, C.P. 11560, Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data collected by us.

2. Who is the Privacy Officer and how can you contact them?

3. Why do we collect your personal data?
Your personal information will be used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary to provide our products and/or services:
* To identify and contact you
* To register you for the programs, promotions, and/or events you request
* To provide you with the benefits offered through our various programs, events, activities, or promotions
* If you win or are awarded any prize, incentive, or benefit, to deliver it via digital, home delivery, or any other means
* To address and follow up on your questions, clarifications, complaints, or suggestions

Your personal information (only your name and email address) will also be used for the following secondary purposes:
* To offer and inform you about our products and/or services, promotions, and benefits
* To create profiles and perform automated decision-making to anticipate your needs based on your profile and improve your experience on our website and apps
* To inform and allow you to participate in contests for advertising and/or promotional purposes
* To send information, advertising, or promotions via our newsletters, on behalf of the brands we represent
* To carry out marketing, advertising, and commercial prospecting activities
* To collect your feedback on the services and/or products we provide

3.1 Don’t agree with the secondary purposes? Here’s how to object
If you do not wish your personal data to be used for any or all of the secondary purposes mentioned above, you may withhold your consent by emailing our Privacy Officer, who will provide instructions on how to exercise your rights. Refusing these purposes will not affect the primary services we provide.

4. Where can we collect your personal data?

This privacy notice applies to all personal data collected: (a) At events sponsored by brands promoted by Trendsétera, (b)At events organized by brands promoted by Trendsétera or any of its companies; (c) at events hosted by agencies or publishers under contract with Trendsétera, involving any of its brands  and (d) at any event where Trendsétera promotes its brands, either digitally or by any means

5. What personal data do we collect?
To carry out the purposes outlined above, we collect the following categories of personal data: Full name, Email address, Home address, Mobile phone number. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

6. Does Trendsétera transfer my information?
We inform you that your personal data may be transferred, without your consent being legally required, to the following individuals or entities:
• Authorities to whom we must disclose your personal information by law, to comply with regulations or for the recognition or exercise of a right
• Other Trendsétera entities operating under the same internal data protection policies, for the purposes of:
(i) Providing you better service
(ii) Complying with internal policies
(iii) Identifying and contacting you for advertising, marketing, and/or prospecting purposes
• Individuals or entities with whom we have or will have a contract in your interest, to provide you with benefits
• In applicable situations under Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties

Furthermore, your identifying and contact information may be transferred to the following entities, for which your consent is required:

• If Trendsétera is acquired or merged with another company, we may transfer your personal data to that company so that it may inform and offer you its products and/or services
• If you do not express your refusal for us to carry out these transfers, we will assume you have granted your consent. You may express your refusal now by sending an email to our Privacy Officer, who will inform you of the procedure.

7. How can I exercise my ARCO Rights?
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and under what conditions (Access). Likewise, you may request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request its deletion from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); and object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of your ARCO rights, please send your request by email to our Privacy Officer, who will inform you of the procedure, requirements, response times, how your right will be fulfilled, and address any questions, complaints, or comments you may have.

8. Are there mechanisms to revoke my consent?
You may request to revoke the consent you have given us. However, please note that your request may not always be granted or implemented immediately, as we may be legally required to continue processing some of your personal data.

To revoke your consent, send your request by email to our Privacy Officer, who will inform you of the procedure, requirements, response time, and address any questions or concerns related to the processing of your data.

9. How can I further limit the use or disclosure of my personal information?
In addition to the procedure above, you can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by:

• For promotional, marketing, or advertising emails we send you, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message

10. Is there an authority that protects my personal data?
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated by our conduct or omissions, or you suspect a breach of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, or other applicable laws, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI). 11. How will you know if Trendsétera makes changes to this privacy notice?
Trendsétera may modify and/or update this privacy notice, informing you through any of the following means:

• By sending it to the last email address you have provided

12. Do you give us your consent?
By providing us with your personal data by any means, you give your free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent for its processing in accordance with this privacy notice.
