Netflix Gifting Program

Together with Netflix we strengthened key relationships through kits that combined local elements and luxury brands.

Situation

LATAM’s talent gift program is an important division within the company, aimed at strengthening ties with key stakeholders, letting them know they are a priority.

Task

Develop and implement gifts for different occasions throughout the year: series and movie releases, birthdays and other important moments in life.

Action

We designed a set of different kits with a common leitmotif: a customized fabric pattern inspired by the brand’s assets.

Our goal was not only to deliver a token of appreciation, but a personalized and unique brand experience for the recipients.

Results

We defined the rules and way of working for this program in LATAM. We created a unique collection of kits that carefully combined local elements with recognized lifestyle and luxury brands such as:

  • Mexican handicrafts along with a Toile de Jouy pattern.
  • A premium tequila brand accompanied by crystal glasses created by a world-renowned designer.
