To inform you about how we process your personal data, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we present this comprehensive privacy notice.<\/p>\n

1. Who is responsible for your personal data?<\/span><\/strong>
\nTrendsetera de M\u00e9xico, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Trends\u00e9tera”), with address at Horacio 124-1001, Colonia Polanco Chapultepec, C.P. 11560, Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data collected by us.<\/p>\n

2. Who is the Privacy Officer and how can you contact them?<\/span><\/strong>
\nOur Privacy Officer is the person within Trends\u00e9tera designated to promote the protection of your personal data and address data subjects’ rights. 3. Why do we collect your personal data?<\/span><\/strong>
\nYour personal information will be used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary to provide our products and\/or services:

Your personal information (only your name and email address) will also be used for the following secondary purposes:

This privacy notice applies to all personal data collected: (a) At events sponsored by brands promoted by Trends\u00e9tera, (b)At events organized by brands promoted by Trends\u00e9tera or any of its companies; (c) at events hosted by agencies or publishers under contract with Trends\u00e9tera, involving any of its brands\u00a0 and (d) at any event where Trends\u00e9tera promotes its brands, either digitally or by any means<\/p>\n

5. What personal data do we collect?<\/span><\/strong>
\nTo carry out the purposes outlined above, we collect the following categories of personal data: Full name,\u00a0Email address, Home address, Mobile phone number. We do not collect sensitive personal data.<\/p>\n

6. Does Trends\u00e9tera transfer my information?<\/span><\/strong>
\nWe inform you that your personal data may be transferred, without your consent being legally required, to the following individuals or entities:
\n\u2022 Authorities to whom we must disclose your personal information by law, to comply with regulations or for the recognition or exercise of a right
\n\u2022 Other Trends\u00e9tera entities operating under the same internal data protection policies, for the purposes of:
\n(i) Providing you better service
\n(ii) Complying with internal policies
\n(iii) Identifying and contacting you for advertising, marketing, and\/or prospecting purposes
\n\u2022 Individuals or entities with whom we have or will have a contract in your interest, to provide you with benefits
\n\u2022 In applicable situations under Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties<\/p>\n

Furthermore, your identifying and contact information may be transferred to the following entities, for which your consent is required:<\/p>\n

\u2022 If Trends\u00e9tera is acquired or merged with another company, we may transfer your personal data to that company so that it may inform and offer you its products and\/or services
\n\u2022 If you do not express your refusal for us to carry out these transfers, we will assume you have granted your consent. You may express your refusal now by sending an email to our Privacy Officer, who will inform you of the procedure.<\/p>\n

7. How can I exercise my ARCO Rights?<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn accordance with applicable law, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and under what conditions (Access). Likewise, you may request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request its deletion from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation); and object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as ARCO rights.<\/p>\n

To exercise any of your ARCO rights, please send your request by email to our Privacy Officer, who will inform you of the procedure, requirements, response times, how your right will be fulfilled, and address any questions, complaints, or comments you may have.<\/p>\n

8. Are there mechanisms to revoke my consent?<\/span><\/strong>
\nYou may request to revoke the consent you have given us. However, please note that your request may not always be granted or implemented immediately, as we may be legally required to continue processing some of your personal data.<\/p>\n
