Ten years later, that vision has evolved into a super app<\/strong> that connects millions of users with thousands of local businesses, impacting consumption, employment, and the digitalization of commerce in the country. <\/p>\n

The platform is now part of everyday life: users in Mexico have ordered more than 50 million hamburgers<\/strong>, 46 million pizzas<\/strong>, and 25 million taco orders<\/strong>. Its user base also skews toward younger generations (Gen Z<\/em> and Millennials), reinforcing adoption of on-demand purchase models. <\/p>\n

Since 2021, Rappi Turbo has redefined delivery times with an average of 10 minutes and a record of 3.9 minutes. It currently operates in at least 10 cities and has scaled into formats such as Turbo Restaurants, Fresh, and Pharmacies, enabling grocery and convenience deliveries in \u226410 minutes and meals in ~15 minutes. <\/p>\n
